Award Winning Beef
Over the past six years Cape Grim Beef has been fortunate enough to receive numerous awards at the most prestigious branded beef competitions and produce awards in Australia.
The competitions are judged using a striploin primal (for porterhouse steak) and are portioned to the same size. They are then cooked using a special standardized method and judged by a panel of experts including retailers, chefs, food media, farmers and experienced palates.
